Citadel is built to move data cleanly in and out, so it fits alongside your existing enterprise systems rather than becoming an island. Structured, machine-readable formats are supported in both directions — with stable identifiers, validation and duplicate detection to keep large estates accurate and in step with authoritative source systems.

An API-first architecture lets Citadel consume information from external systems and contribute assurance data back — as a standalone platform, a headless assurance engine, or part of a wider ecosystem.

Import site, asset and personnel data from authoritative systems and synchronise it; push findings, risks and compliance data out to incident, FM, HR, BI and data-warehouse platforms. (Configurable webhooks / event push are on the roadmap.)

Data integrity on transfer
Moving data between systems and environments is only useful if it stays reliable. Citadel is built for that.
Validation
Imports are validated against the platform's data model before records are accepted.
Duplicate detection
Stable UUID identifiers travel with exported records, so previously transferred records can be identified and skipped, and updates recognised — preventing duplicates on re-import.
Synchronisation across environments
Globally unique identifiers and UTC timestamps enable reliable reconciliation and synchronisation — including between isolated or air-gapped deployments.
